September 27,, 2006 – Brigitte Gabriel talked about her book, Because They Hate: A Survivor of Islamic Terror Warns America, published by St. Martin’s Press. She argued that the U.S. is facing total destruction at the hands of Muslims. The author, a Christian survivor of the civil war between Lebanese Christians and Muslims in the 1970s, described her own experiences to support both the profiling of Muslims and the ban of what she calls “hate education” in Islamic institutions. After her presentation she responded to audience members’ questions.
