1. Payment History:
This is the single most important component of your credit score. Lenders evaluate your future ability to pay based on your payments in the past. Since your Payment History comprises 30%-35% of your score (based on the scoring model), making the payments on time, every time, is the most important step you can take when building and maintaining your credit score.
