The template is based off the envelopes sold by Dave Ramsey. The refills from Dave Ramsey cost $4.95 plus either $4.95 or $6.95 for shipping depending on how you want them shipped.
Should you decide to print your own, you’ll need to purchase heavy weight paper. Also, with your homemade envelopes, you’ll need to find a binder to make the slots should you want to insert them into the wallet. Alternatively, you could just carry them inside something else.
