When darkness comes

When darkness comes and despair feels your heart because you’ve no money left and your bills remain unpaid and debt is mounting, what will you do?  Will you bury your head in sand and ignore the debt? Will you let darkness continue to sweep in and envelope you? Will you surrender and give up hope? Or will you decide that you are done with darkness and reach for the light? Will you reach toward God and surrender it all to Him? Will you ask for His help in getting you out of the mess you’ve made?

I hope you reach for Him. He will give you peace. Reach out to Him and ask for His help in seeing you through the pain. Start the New Year fresh. Begin following His principles on handling money. Track your expenses. Make a budget. Begin the debt snowball and get yourself moving towards debt freedom. In this site, you will find the resources you need to help you. They are free. You don’t need anymore debt. You need to get going and let the darkness go.

May you and your family have a joyous Christmas. Remember that Christmas is about celebrating Jesus’ birth and not about how many gifts you receive or give. Take time to read the story of His birth during this Christmas. Go to a local Bible believing church for a Christmas eve service. But most importantly let Jesus into your heart. God bless you.

“You are my lamp, O LORD; the LORD turns my darkness into light”.-2 Samuel 22:29
