When is doing the least is best?

When is doing the least is best? There basically three times when doing the least is best. They are:

  1. When borrowing money, borrow the LEAST AMOUNT possible.
  2. When borrowing money, borrow for the LEAST TIME possible.
  3. When borrowing money, borrow for the LEAST PERCENTAGE RATE possible.

It would seem obvious that borrowing a small amount, for the least amount possible, for the lowest percentage is best. Doing these three simple things gets the borrowed amount paid-off sooner and costs less.
